Policies
Privacy Policy
Allstar Oxygen Services believes that strong electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and educational medium. To this end the information you enter here will be known to only two parties: you and Allstar Oxygen Services. We follow HIPPA guidelines and do not sell, provide or share your information to anyone outside of our organization without your permission.
Customer Service/Return Policy
All sales are final. If your product is damaged or flawed in any way, please contact us and we will replace it immediately under the manufacturer's warranty during the specified warranty period at no cost to you.
Charges
Charges will be billed by and appear on your credit card statement as coming from "Allstar Oxygen Services".
Shipping Info
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
